Ted and Amy Supper Club
  • FAQ

What if I’m a vegetarian?

The chefs like red meat. And white meat. And fish. So you’ll see a lot of that on the Supper Club menus. But the chefs can be vegetarian friendly
carnivores. They can (and have) made vegetarian alternatives to some of the entrees. Just let them know when you RSVP and they’ll work to try to accommodate your dietary needs. Also, if you have food allergies, let them know and they’ll try work around that too.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you can’t make it to a dinner after you’ve RSVPed, please email Kara at info@tedandamysupperclub.com. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the dinner, you’ll get a full refund on your payment. Due to the food purchasing schedules of the chefs, refunds can not be made for cancellations within 48 hours of the dinner.

Is it true that the Supper Club is going al fresco?

Yes, it’s true! Once the weather gets nicer, the Supper Club may be grilling and dining in
the backyard, under the stars, from time to time.

I RSVPed but haven’t received a payment email yet, what’s up?

Sometimes Kara is just slow at going through the RSVPs. But rest assured, she will go through them. Sometimes also she’s waiting for a bulk of RSVPs to come in and then she sorts through them and tries to put together a balanced dinner crowd (ie. equal number of men and women, not all friends or repeat visitors.)

How will I know where to show up?

On the morning of the dinner (or the evening before,) you’ll receive an email with the location, directions and some info about your fellow diners.

Anything else I need to know?

There’s cats, two of them. They hang around sometimes during dinner. Just wanted to give you the heads up in case you have allergies.
