Oftentimes we get take-out from our local Asian restaurants–Thai places, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indian–because their fare doesn’t seem doable at home. But really, you just need a few key ingredients and flavors to make your favorite take-out dishes at home. In the end, it’s healthier, cheaper, and quicker than even the fastest delivery guy.
