Easy weeknight meals, for beginner cooks

Is your oven just collecting dust? Do recipes with a lot of steps or ingredients intimidate you? Are you finding that you’re eating out almost every meal? You can change that!

Cooking at home can be easy, healthy and affordable.  In four weeks, we’ll cook and eat our way through simple everyday meals.  In this introductory hands-on course for the beginner cook, you’ll learn simple techniques on how to steam, pan-sear, broil, whip cream, make basic sauces, and bake from scratch. You’ll receive clear and concise recipes for all dishes prepared as well as access to the online portal for seasonal and themed recipe variations, matching sides, sample menus and cooking plans, and kitchen/pantry stocking lists. You’ll leave the course with the skills to pull off a delicious home-cooked meal for yourself, your friends, and your family.
