Mozzarella and Focaccia

There is nothing in this world like mozzarella made by your own hands and served while still warm. Nothing. This class will walk you through the basics of making fresh mozzarella and one of mozzarella’s delicious bedfellows, focaccia. This focaccia [my friend's mom's recipe that I swear by] is simple, relatively quick to make, and serves as a lovely, yeasty counterpoint to your life-changing cheese experience. Wine will be provided for this event, and there will be plenty of mozzarella and focaccia to take home as leftovers.
